Introduction
Welcome to Wordl. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Wordl website and game (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using Wordl, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
Wordl is an online word puzzle game that allows you to play unlimited word-guessing challenges inspired by popular word games. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Wordl only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. When using our Service, you must NOT:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these acceptable use guidelines.
Account Registration
While you can play Wordl as a guest without an account, certain features require registration. If you create an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- Maintain the security of your password and account credentials.
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to disable any account at any time if, in our opinion, you have failed to comply with these Terms.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Wordl and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The Wordl name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Wordl. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.
Important: Wordl is an independent word puzzle game and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to The New York Times Company or Wordle®. Wordle® is a registered trademark of The New York Times Company. Our game is inspired by the word puzzle genre but is an entirely separate and independently developed product.
User Content
Our Service may allow you to share results, participate in leaderboards, or create content visible to others. You retain ownership of any content you create, but by posting or sharing content through the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Service.
You are solely responsible for any content you post and represent that you have all necessary rights to share such content.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- The Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
- The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable.

Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you have an account, we may delete your account and associated data. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through appropriate legal channels in the relevant jurisdiction.
